In this poster I showed the Abo Ali Sina tomb. He is one of the famous doctors in Iran. He was born in Hamedan and died there.He wrote a very famous book about the since. His books name is Ghanon. His tomb is a very famous place in Hamedan and every year many tourists have visited there.
I put Abo Ali Sina tomb in the background and then I put a picture from the top of his tomb in a paint stand to show the importance of this tomb. I use a big paint brush with blue color to show the blessed of this place.
Tools and working process:
I use Magnetic tool to cut brush from the original pages and after put in the A4 page that I use as main page for my picture I make the brush bigger than the normal size by hold CTRL + T.
I use Rectangular marquee tool to cut the 2 pleases picture and put them in the main page.
CTRL + T for change these pictures size and by holding CTRL I put the picture that is on the stand in perspective. By double click on the layer of that picture on the layer pallet I gave the picture inner and outer shadow. Also by double click on the stand layer I made the outer shadow for it.
For have better color and light I used Image - adjustment and color balance and level.
I made background blue to match it with the blue brush because it came to background as well. I use Gradient tool to paint the background.
I use Eraser tool to erase some parts of the place that came.
For having the light to show sun in the top of the tomb I used Filter – render - lighting effects.
And in this part i show you another poster about my city and explain how to make it:
This poster shows 3 different traditional places in Hamedan. The first one is the very old tomb. I put it in the back and use it 2 times to show the importance of the place. The second important and traditional place is Baba taher’s tomb. He was one of the famous poets in Iran. I use an old book to show his tomb inside the book. Also I used book for him to emphasis his was a poet. The other traditional places that I have in poster 2 are a famous and very beautiful cave in Hamadan that call Ali sader’s cave.
I used the art stand for this place top show how beautiful it is. It is more like a fancy place. Therefore I use the Art stuffs to show how romantic and beautiful it is.
In the background of the poster I have a brush with a yellow color and the combination of this color with the brown color is more like the sun in the old places. I use brown color to show the oldness of these places.
Tools and working process:
In the first step I chose photos by searching in the Google. (As my reference)
In the second step I open an A4 pages in photoshop.
In step third I use magic wand tool to select all over the particular pictures and use eraser to clean the unimportant thing around them. I transfer picture in A4 pages by click and drag.
I use CTRL + T to change the size of the photos. And by holding CTRL I can have perspective on photos for example for Ali sader’s cave that I had to put it on the stand.
I put the Baba taher’s tomb on the top of the book and I reduce the opacity of the photo. I use brush with the light brown color by less opacity and full to make the photo older and older.
By double click on the each layer of photos on the layer box I gave the photos inner and outer shadow.
For having shadow for the old place on the background I hold the left bottom of the mouse on the picture and hold Alt and drag the picture. I did 3 times to have 3 copy of this layer. I went to image - Adjustment - Level to make the photo darker. Than I used Edit- transform chose Horizontal. And I use CTRL + T to rotate the shadows. And in the last step I had to reduce the opacity of the shadows.
